The Grotty LSL Lifts of Torquay

So many fails in this video honestly.
The area of Torquay around these lifts is quite rough and whilst I was recording it seemed like some policemen were looking for someone around the Car Park.
These are the Lifts of 2 car parks in Torquay. The first set of 3 is Union Square Shopping Mall Car Park and the 2 sets of 2 are in the Lower Union Lane Car Park.
