I love these guys. Grew up listening to my Dads music, Beatles, Stones, Zombies, Kinks, Zepplin, CCWR, Beach Boys, Doors etc. It's like these guys have taken a bit of everything, put it in a blender and have created a perfect mixture of the lot! Great to see they can nail it live as well. Great quality recording buddy, and I know there are a heap of other similar bands out there with a similar sound going on, but these guys for me are ahead of the pack. Very catchy, well written simple good old fashion R & Roll songs. Acid Rain my favourite!! All good though! Great summer music, seem like good guys as well. I still think a lot of critics don't give The Strokes enough credit for bringing back the sixties catchy sounds back as well. So well done to The Strokes for kicking this all off. Jimmy

Man it was a long year for these guy I think they were in Europe 2-3 times plus a few spins around North America. This is a real band from the heartfelt vibes of the tunes to the hard work. Nice one boys, see you in Toronto sometime

Dude throws the Christmas tree with the stand attached at the bottom. Easily could have ruined someone’s eye, nose, ear, scalp... band looked properly pissed off. Guitarist grabbed him hard and gave him a talking to...looked like he threw himself out. Why don’t people just let the band and bouncers give everyone the idea of what’s acceptable and expected. Band is gonna give you a great show. These Growlers killed it, wish I was there but loving it now. Thanks for sharing, they’re from my town “lb” not Long Beach big LB but little LB in oc

Torrey B So, for what I researched "liño" in spanish means "a line of trees or other plants" It's weird cause in spanish its not a "common" word (its my native language) but if you think about it it makes sense on the metaphore cause the entire phrase says: "she's got ocean in her hips and liños in her lips" ...well at least I'll stay with this understanding of the word "liño" in the hope that he was using spanish once again like he does in other songs. anyway, if you find another explanation let me know too. have a nice day :)
