GTX 1060 3gb is bottleneck for i5 3470 little bit

There is a massive CPU bottleneck that’s causing stutters, something like a 17-4790 can fix this and is about a 20-50$ upgrade

nice tips IF the 4790 socket was the same as the 3570K. but they don't. btw 3770K is a good upgrade.

It is that this CPU can't handle these newer games. I'm pretty sure that doesn't matter which gpu you pair with, games may have the same amount of stutters.
