A ledgeguard with blizzaga i found pretty useful is if they are hanging on ledge, you short hop fast fall blizzaga which can catch a jump or normal get up options. fast fall blizzaga can cover a decent vertical distance because of the individual shards hitbox

I figured out the thundaga and blizzaga uses myself but I wouldn't have thought of comboing with firaga like that anytime soon. Great vid!

You know damn well I'm liking and commenting for that sweet sweet algo engagement. I hadn't really thought of how just HOLDING magic can be a conditioning tool, but hearing you talk about it was pretty educational. Definitely appreciate the usage tips, and the concept of mixing up midrange pressure & ledge options with magic is definitely something I should try out more. Good video!

A cool thing i discovered with Firega is that if you knock the opponent of stage & do a run off Firega spam, it will just keep hitting the enemy & drag them down with you. I get pretty free kills on characters with bad recoveries. & since i'm Sora, i can wait till the absolute last second to stop the Firega & still make it back to the stage as long as i didn't waste my double jump. While most characters that low to the blast zone just straight die from not being able to make it back, even with their double jump. Haha. That said, i'm glad Natak has been talking about edge guarding with Blizzaga. I never see people do that with Sora & i thought i was the only one. Makes me happy to see it being taught to others.
