Hey bof, so glad you made this! Ravenwood definitely deserves all the hype. I know that some creators have different opinions on this, so I thought I would ask in case anyone else was wondering. When you say 18+, does that mean you’re only comfortable with 18+ watching? Or is it more of a general content warning? I probably shouldn't be watching this at this hour since I take the ACT in like six hours, BUT I will say the clips (even though I'm still so behind) made me giggle in my bedroom while I tried to burn off all of today's caffeine. This video has motivated me to try to catch up again and I'm excited to become a more active part of the community again! I miss catching the streams live and even dressing up for the season 1 finale! Even though I've been taking forever to finish season three I still think that Ravenwood Academy has been an awesome adventure and by far my favorite RPG series on KZbin. I love you Bof, and I love all the time you put into this project, because as a DM myself I know it's both exciting and stressful to put something like this that you hold dear out into the world. I look forward to watching the rest of this lovely story unfold.

Hi Bof!! I started watching RW at the beginning, with s1, took a little break and then tried s2. I’ve gotten kind of overwhelmed, and i wanna get back into it, but i see that some characters have changed or left, and i just want to know why that is? Also, where would you recommend me to start back up? Or in general, where is a good starting point?

I’m working on some summaries for episodes so that it’s hopefully easier to catch up with !!! 🩷 that way, you can get on track with lore and where everyone’s at! It’ll all be posted in the discord! ☺️✨ We lost a player due to some personal things, but it hasn’t stopped or held us back from anything! In fact, it got a lot more intense haha Be on the lookout for the summaries! ❤️ most of the episodes also have chapters now so it’s easier to consume !!

How do you organize notes for sessions?

I have everything in my Google docs! I made a new one for each episode and basically write myself intros/descriptions of things so I have them, and bullet point topics I might want NPCs to bring up/plot points for the episode !! I’ll make a video on it soon 🥰

How do you come up with stories, months and months in advance like there’s a main story that the group has tried to achieve, correct or is it just a lot of role-play i’ve been with ravenwood since episode one season one. I’m just curious.

I started with a basic concept and a loose concept of an end goal - thinking with the villains and the good guys in mind haha. Character backgrounds are discussed and figured out and bam - we start sessions! SO many ideas and concepts have become reality based on decisions the players have made and decisions I’ve made last minute or after thinking on it. It’s important to remember, it’s fantasy - there’s always ways to come up with crazy things if the need arises. I hope that makes sense! I do wanna make a video on this haha!

Started watching back whe ln it first started but ended up procrastinating on keeping up. Sofar ive noticed that we lost a main character (from 5 to 4) and the dragon is no more (?) I am very lost and confused. 😂
