I bought souper containers, they come in 1 or 2 cup sizes. I then make large amounts of soup and freeze in the containers. After they are frozen, i remove from the souper containers and i bag the soup squares into plastic bags to heat when wanted. This way i have a variety of different soups in my freezer when wanted

That looked delicious especially with the extra sweet potato which is always a winner for me. I made veg soup yesterday in my instantpot with some home made chicken stock, just the job on a cold winters day. Just enough left for lunch again today.❤

Hi David, I do sometimes. I’ve become more air of the humidity levels in the house and that’s one good method of reducing it. The pans on the would be steaming away for ages wouldn’t they 👏👏👏👍

Your soup looked great, but I think I prefer a thicker soup too. Adding another sweet potato was a jolly good idea. Your toasted sandwich looked delicious as well 😋. How long did you cook that for? The Cosori pressure cooker is fab for making soup. It's great for most things actually. I used it to cook the other half of the M&S beef joint I bought a few weeks ago but I had to look back on my messages to find out how long I cooked the first piece for 🤣. It turned out really well this time. The chestnuts were a hit too 😋. Another great video! 😊

A regular in our house. I would use more bacon with carrot and ordinary potato in my recipe. Am going to try it now with sweet potato!

I like a good bowl of lentil and bacon,saying that I lika a bowl of any soup,that's a great pack of bacon offcuts Graham,I sometimes buy the ham trimming in our store if it's a good price but nowadays very little produce is a good price even with my discount so it's good to shop around,I use Very Lazy Garlic but I know Asda sells Easy Garlic,I had some mushrooms potatoes and broccoli to use up so I got the pressure cooker out and we always have diced chicken in the freezer so I threw a load of that in,when it was cooked I thought it was quite thin so I boiled a big pot of pasta and added that to it before I "Brendad"😂 and it was lovely and thick,soup looks tasty ,my toaster is in the shed and has been for ages I always use the air fryer to toast bread,another really enjoyable video guys 👍 👏 👏👏👏

Hi Richard, that is the perfect soup to us. Use up what you have or can get old of. It looks like they all have their own version of garlic for us lazy cooks. It’s just easy and consistent. I tripped over our toaster in the garage last week 😂😂😂😂😂😂👌👍 at least the wind is calming down.

My favourite soup !! I found out my local Heron Foods isn’t far from a Lidl store so will be visiting both at the same time!! Bonus. Those bacon packs are terrific value.

My late Mom used to make that when I was a kid with suet dumplings, yes I was once a kid. One of my brothers is a dab hand at making it but he uses a ham shank or bacon pieces exactly the same as you have done. Just like you he doesn't give me any either. is that Cosori the 14 in 1 (5.7ltr)? soup can be one of the easiest things to make, just a shame I hate soup LOL (not a fan of gravy in anything except a stew)

@ A friend who knows more about various appliances has told me the cosori is very user friendly. I think it must be if I can understand some of its functions. 😂😂😂😂😂👍
