I went there with my dad on a day trip exploration while in haiti some years ago very peaceful surroundings. Great place to collect your thoughts and be in tuned with nature. Ive been told that they host events there . I highly recommend it .

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I hurt myself with the Mangoes. I love them. People said don't eat the food.. I LOVED IT. Came back to the states ate a hot dog and was sick as crap. The food I ate in Haiti was fresh. I guess all these additives in states got me 😆 There is much Beauty in Haiti.

There's a spot Decameron where they host weddings is pretty nice. I haven't been to wahoo beach I heard. SeeJeanty on youtube is a haitian american that host and talks about haitian living abroad and those in haiti etc..I belive philly dom knows his channel as well. also if you go and visit why not just get with those tour guides lots of them on instagram. i posted several on this board. the chaos is usually centered in port au prince in certain parts. truth be told, haiti has a lower crime rate than neighboring countries.

@@giniolamy its not fair to compare lets appreciate what each island has to offer also there are places like Decameron in haiti that looks like the traditinal resort folks go to the carribean . however folks likes to see more of he real unique experiences. besides most people hide in resorts instead of exploring everyday life when they go o the carribean . it is important to see all sides. comparing only feeds to folks not sharing ideas and networking. at the end of the day, the wealthy elite in each island are the ones the ultimately benefits that each islands has to offer. there's a spot called belville its not the upper class more so middle anew thriving folks the homes there nice cement construction .there are similar spots like belvil kzbin.info/www/bejne/mqfKpGmdlNaWnaM

This is the way the mass Haitiens use to live they were self sufficient with their beautiful maison tôle and there lands. They have everything in there back yard. All plants and fruits trees in the country side. However since Duvalier got in power every some date in September probably 22 they went get lots of men and women from the country side dumped them in port au prince and started the ghetto community like cité soleil, quabosal, sité Simone, and they never returned to country side. No more working theirs beautiful lands continue live in pauvreté in PAuP with nothing to do.
