Vanawesome, this is both my first post and first subscription on youtube. I have really appreciated the videos that you have posted of the Handsoming. I have also been on a weight loss journey for the last 3 years. I lost about 100 lbs and your videos have continued to encourage me. Please continue to make these videos to encourage both yourself and we your followers to continue our progress. Your are totally hilarious and the other people that I've shown the Handsoming to agree with me. Keep up the good work on losing weight. Don't get discouraged when you put the weight back on because us larger people all deal with it. The ups and downs of weight loss. If you keep your good routine then the weight will continue to decrease. I'm rooting for you. I look forward to your next and continued posts of the Handsoming. Thank you.

Very glad to see you are back. Starting last October I have been on a pretty aggressive diet and finally am now 25 lbs below my original goal but two different times I went back up 20 lbs. You kind of have to forgive yourself and keep going. Good luck, we'll keep watching if you keep making :)

Dude, I miss you and your videos. It's ok if you gained even more weight since. It's ok, really. You'll get there. I believe in you, and you can't break that trust by failing. There's no failure. You are doing a good job, what ever the scale has to say about it, and you care. That's the important part. Success is doing the best you can mate. You will do it!

You are still the dreamiest no matter what Mr.! In the three months you've been off, I started on Nutrisystem and am down 24 pounds so far. I only weigh myself once a week though. The anticipation is building for this week because our pool just opened and I've added swimming a few days a week to the mix. No need to beat yourself up Joe ... get back on the program ... or not. YAY! I've been looking forward to this for a while! So glad to see you're back at it! I started eating Gluten free (due to Celiac disease, not "fad" Gluten free) and have lost a little from that but really need to get exercise into my routine, the problem is that i get started and feel so weak I almost break down and cry! How do you push past that barrier? or make the routine to start (I work retail and routine is difficult) also, do you use an activity tracker of any kind? Fitbit, misfit, nike, polar? and was there actually a smart scale? We sell them all at my work and am trying to decide if having a tracker would help motivate/remind me. I don't want to waste the money on motivation i can get on my own, or should get on my own though. Last question, do you use any pre/post workout? I know myself any many others are looking forward to seeing your continuing progress! And of course, kitten apologies, maybe kitten congrats instead? :D

Hey Danae! I use nike+ Running app to track my runs, it's great. You can add me if you like. Username is VanAwesomeTown. I also use the nike fuelband, but I find that lack of heartrate monitor means it's only so accurate. I will probably switch to the new one from Withings as it does have heart rate monitoring. The Withing scale is indeed real, and it seems like it works well. But honestly, all the gadetry hasn't really been that much of a motivating factor for me except for the nike+ running app. You can do challenges and that has worked getting me out on the road huffing along. You want to beat your friends. As far as my workouts go, I've mostly to this point been running. And I do a bit of stretching after my runs. I should probably be doing that before my runs, but for some reason I found that running after stretching I feel a bit wobbly. So i just start slow and gradually build my pace instead.

Dont push yourself to hard. You lost some weight so far, which is good. Remind you of that and hang in there. Maybe you should hit the gym, lift some light irons. If you built up some muscles ( dont have to be that much) you automatically start to burn more calories

Alright so I might be making this up and I'm to lazy to check, but didn't you promise to punish yourself if you ever gained weight? It would be something like film yourself doing 20 jumping jacks and putting it in the next video. Also keep trying and don't give up. I lost 20 or so pounds in the last month, and it feels awesome.
