I've always loved the garment rack idea, but I don't have the floor space for it. My kits mostly get put back into their boxes, or for smaller (narrow) kits I hang them in my wardrobe. If your diamond paintings ever do get a bit heavy for the magnetic frames, you can just add extra magnets. For the more budget conscious, the magnetic frames are super cheap on Temu but still really good quality.

Great idea and it would be a good idea for wall hanging. I’ve been trying different things for the wall, thank you! I’ve used foam boards and fold the edges to the back with strong two sided adhesive tape. You are the best😍💖

I also have a portfolio that I put between the mattress and box spring but it’s a PIA when I want to take it out to add more completed canvases. I love this idea. I have used those magnetic holders before and I used a couple of staples to make them permanent, I don't think I could trust myself with hot glue, I just know I would get the glue everywhere.

Great video and awesome idea! I currently use the pant hangers you mentioned in my closet as well as the mammoth portfolio. I love the rack idea so much better! One thing I wanted to mention…I tried using hot glue on the magnet hangers but found the bars didn’t lie flat so I switched to double sided adhesive. I have found the magnet hangers are terrific framing options. 😁 Thank you so much for this video! Recently found you and I am loving your channel so much!

Yup! This set up is amazing! I have been DPing for about 5 years and have used the same rack for my DPs. It is a great. The only difference is that I use plastic hangers with like binding clips. Which is probably not the best. But, it does hold them up. LOL Thanks for the share! ~di

Hi Ashley! So glad I found you and love your canvas hanging idea. ❤️. I plan to buy a clothes hanger that you suggest, but rather than use the frames which actually look fantastic, I am going to try using the curtain ring hooks. They are round rings with a clip attached. I may need to use 3 or 4 on the larger size paintings but I will experiment with them and see if that might be doable. I found 36 1.26" ring clips for $5.99 on Amazon. I watched video on rack assembly so when I put it together I will need to slip all the rings onto the bar as I assemble the top bar in place, as the rings are solid without an opening. Now the clips will hold the canvases and hopefully will clamp the canvas tightly. If they do not I will put on my thinking cap and see if I can add something like a strip of velcro or something of that nature. Anyway, again, thank you for sharing your terrific hangin/storage idea with us. Brilliant!

What a fabulously idea. The only down fall for me is I live in a very tiny apartment. The rack would never fit in. But I do rent a climate control storage room for my big stash. It's not far from me. Just one more comment. When the wip is complete and you want more strength for hanging the completed project you can use two way tape between the magnets for extra security!
