I have a theory and it could be total nonsense. But here goes All the "dream survery" stuff is just an elaborate smoke screen for scammers to get recordings of people's voices that they can later splice together in order to commit fraud. This is a fairly common tactic among traditional spam callers, but those calls have become less and less effective as people recoginse them for what they are. By disgusing themselves as some vaguely cryptic dream survey, the scammers are piquing the curiosity of people who would ignore normal spam calls.

Yep I study dreams in my free time, and this sounds about right. Our subconscious feelings directly feed into how our dreams turn out, which basically means when your feeling negitive your dreams are going to reflect that most likely. The reason people are starting to remember their dreams is because of a mix of large amounts of awareness from fear, and sudden wakeups.

Yeah, I remember a lot of them but one sticks with me. My brother and I were in his old truck driving down the road late at night. I couldn't see much outside the truck window but I had the overall feeling it was fall and chilly. We started talking about life in general. Then he started to apologize for something but we were cut off by a black blur crashing into the windshield. I had that dream a year ago and remember it as I dreamt it last night. A week after this dream my brother hit a huge buck totaling his truck.

Im in a psychology major, and in a psychoanalytic theory dreams are where people's unconscious come to life. Things that we didn't want to admit to ourself, our deepest desire, our worse fear/ memory that we repressed. And in another psychoanalytic theory, humans have a collective unconscious. Where the same species have the same dream. Carl jung believed that those dreams come from the human instinct. That being said, with all the covid-19 mess probably a lot of people r scared that the end of the world might happen. So this might be the result. Anyways, a proper psychological research isn't supposed to be like that. No informed consent. No debriefing. There are too many errors for it to be conducted by a proper scientist/psychologist. Ps. Sorry in advance if there is a spelling error, english is not my first language.

I had a dream where I was on a tropical island. It started off fine. There were people dressed well, hanging out at the beach or socializing at a party inside a resort facility. I remember the place was so clean and picturesque. Beautiful people, trees, and ocean waves sparkling in the sunlight. Some of them were taking drugs recreationally and everyone seemed on with it. The clouds were spread out but looked like gigantic fluffy balls of cotton that reached up into the sky. The facility was on a plateau maybe ten feet or so above the beach. I was standing in that area when sunset came and things got, weird. At first, it was just a creepy feeling as the lighting darkened. It felt lonely somehow. Then I went back inside and saw some smoke and a fire light burning in the distance. I started hearing screams. A few people I recognized from before were chasing people with knives, and nobody was doing anything about it. Some of them just kept acting like this was completely normal, and seemed to still be enjoying themselves like this was the perfect vacation. I saw one person eating another, I saw people fornicating, and only the victims of any violence even acted like anything was wrong at all. Sometimes, they just smiled as it happened to them. A man in a mask asked me why I was wasn’t running, and he pulled out a knife. So I did. I ran away while I thought he was chasing after me. I was terrified. When I turned around after making it to the edge of the plateau, nobody was there and the sky was red and dark. I jumped down and landed hard in the sand. I saw a few scattered bonfires in distant places up the beach and heard something like a song in many different voices. The lighting kept getting more red and black, then the wind hit me hard, and I woke up.
