A cute line from The Course of Miracles -" Every decision I make is a choice between a grievance and a miracle. I relinquish all regrets, grievances and resentments, and choose the miracle." It's a good mantra for the topic 😁😇 🙏

I’m 50 in a month…. I have no one or nothing… no job, no friends or family… I believe I have now found love within, no noise, no dramas…. Just myself and the depth I have had to dig to reach “I am” (I exist) … ✨
@nicolenotizieeamici10 ай бұрын
Friends are a blessing … not having friends sorry but it kinda weird. Especially if your heart is open… it seems to me that you quite the opposite closed your heart chackra and decided to live an isolated life. Again your choice you harm no one so be it. But I think it’s not really true that you are as balanced in that way as you think. Friends are a good thing … they don’t bring drama. If you associate friends with drama … you had the wrong friends in the past.

I'm over 50 and I am at the place where I am ready to give love and not expect love back but hope to find someone who is also willing to give love. I've stumbled onto someone where I feel this way and it's a great feeling. It feels like we're on the same vibration. But she's not all the way there yet (even though she's older than me). I know she has a good and loving heart and I hope she gets there soon.

I've done this and continue to do this and I feel so much better in the freedom that now occurs in my moments. For me, it's a practice. Not a quick one time fix. The relief comes quickly which I love.

Very interesting. The next step is to take full responsibility of our experiences to see how we can grow from them. Putting our attention in growth instead of pain. For example working on boundaries and discernment if we are too generous. Energy flows one way and we distort our experience. We will magnetize a (or a lot) polarized experience to work it out (a narcissist relationship for example). How much times we will repeat the experience? Until we learn, we shift and balance our energy. In this 3D density, we can’t avoid friction. It’s physic. We can choose to resist and suffer or embrace and grow with the flow. Gratitude and love to you all ❤️🌻

Body mind and soul heel through exercise meditation and health eating also cut lots of toxic people out of your self.

I agree. Seems like English is not your first language and you have got caught in one of the idiosyncrasies. Heel is the bottom of the foot and also shoes. High heels. Heal is the one you are looking to use. Or maybe it was autocorrect and I am wasting your time.

Dang this just changes everything.i mean I’m 45 and I’ve learns so much from life because I’m just a learning chaser if that’s even a word jaja. But seriously after listening to this. my mind just exploded thanks Joe I needed to hear this so I can turn the page now and get serious about changing the way I see life from a place of abundance.seeing life from out lenses is just so limited.and you won’t be able to grow doesn’t matter how hard you try the harder you try the more time you will lose.

You still have to acknowledge and feel whatever emotion arises. Then you move forward. Cant bypass that and say to yourself I am love. You will know and others will feel when you are radiating love.

What is the difference between “lowering the volume of the emotion” and repression? Serious question.
@sethtenrec10 ай бұрын
It’s the difference between courage and hiding. Facing the emotion and sitting with it, versus drowning it.
@Jade-ms2ys10 ай бұрын
I think he means doing the things like sitting with emotion, letting it be, process, no avoid(etc. ) you're "lowering the volume" -- not repressing it it's the opposite of it
