Tenkaichi tag team is the only game in the budokai tenkaichi series that lets you take on challenges with a teammate so they decided to make the hardest challenge in dragonball because of it. Will me and seereax be able to take on 100 foes without losing once?

Alright I don’t see anyone else commenting about it. W Blast is where you are both fully charged and initiate the W chase and take turns attacking one by one and it’s the end of the chase combo where you both do a combo beam attack. So if you are both fully charged and Doto initiates the chase then Deion goes next and then doto attacks and then it’ll say hit Triangle and thats W Burst. It’s carefully timed so you have to make sure you aren’t both mashing the chase button.

@dotodoya also when you have 5 blue bars fully and one of you are down. If you look at the commands. You can revive yourself after you use all the senzu beans. It’ll take all your 5 bars but it’s worth if you are that far ahead in the 100 battle mode

Just a tip, when you have a full 5 bars in the Union Gauge, either of you can use L, Down, Circle to revive a dead teammate. Also, for game modes like these, I'd suggest at least equipping the Perfect Fusion tag effect when playing Goku and Vegeta or Goten and Trunks. With fusion, you could easily save one another by becoming one player and the perfect fusion gives you maxed out buffs when a fusion is performed. Fusions also have the bonus effect of gaining any skills you have equipped.

If I recall correctly, there’s a button combination (L, Down, Circle I believe is the combination) in the game that lets you use 5 of those blue bar point things (I think it’s called Union Gauge) to bring back a fallen teammate, who can’t come back due to no senzu beans left, to a full orange/red bar of health

You guys are able to fuse in battle playing together online! There's a 5 minute time limit you need 3 to 4 blue stocks saved and the one who initiates the fusion will be in control The other will see a text that says [press triangle to fuse] under their healthbar You can look how to fuse in the skills bar when you press pause in an offline game but should be similar to bt3

To make a tag atack one of the players need to look at the same enemy while in burst mod one of the players trows the enemi awey and the other player press x to close distanci and click square to trow him away one more time, and them the player that iniciate the atack ,do the same thing and them will appear triangol on the top for the 2 players press to make a team super atack

You can fuse in the middle of the battle , one of you presses L1+Select or L1+up+ select to send a request, and the other presses Select to accept the request Whoever sent the request will play with the Fusion for a short time

@DotoDoya, not sure if someone's said this but if you die and your partner is alive, you can use 5 blast stock to revive your partner, on the psp it was hold L(which was how you charged ki), down directional button and circle(which was block) all at the same time, not sure what controller you are using though! That uses all 5 blast stock and revives with a bar or so of health!

if you equip "land battle domination" (I think that's what it's called) it will allow you to super charge while you are on the ground and it will boost up you beam attacks too. This will give you a decent chance to spam some moves as you get to the higher levels.

Hey DOTO, I wanted to help you out with the W blast, so essentially it's the perfected chase you guys do, so when the prompt comes up it goes partner, you, partner, you when you knock them away and then final prompt will say W blast and you press Triangle for that. Try not to mash anything to do it consistently. Also, another tip is Union revive, when you are out of senzu beans but you have 5 blast stocks (the blue bar), you press L+Down+triangle to revive yourself again, only with a red bar. it takes all 5 bars but it'll be worth when you 2 do battle 100, so MAKE IT COUNT!!
