I think they secretly implemented a new ability in this event from all the different posts I've seen throughout Reddit threads it seems that this boss gets stronger every time they super attack which is very powerful on an enemy whenever their stats are so high

@@darksiderBR none of the Red zone bosses do it I posted my calculations on a comment section here before I'll copy paste them but it looks like he stacks about 30% per super attack which in that case means after only two super attacks he's doing 2 million damage he's already starting off as the most damaging boss in the game.... This new cooler and super Saiyan Goku better be insane because he's in the year 7 anniversary lr's and the Vegeta and Trunks get one shot with 600,000 defense and guard

@@darksiderBR After many runs about 15 plus, it seems like he does get much stronger about 1.2 times stronger every super attack, I used the same unit for each test without using it any super attacks in order to stack up defense the same unit getting hit by the same super attack should have around the same result with a variation of 10 to 20,000 or so based on RNG, I was using easy a super Saiyan God Goku because he can tank very well considering it is a movie boss enemy..... From what I've seen only the final form seems to have variations in attack for each super... The first turn of the final phase of cell God Goku gets super attacked slot 1 (note I am only grabbing one occasionally two orbs to try to keep it as consistent as possible) he took 380,000 damage.... Turn five of being in final form cell he's super attacks for the third time (he's super attacked the turn earlier but int legendary super Saiyan broly dodged).. so with a unit that doesn't build up defense and without progressing in a separate stage so we are still fighting the same enemy the attack hit me for 746,000 damage... Which is much more than the original 380,000 he started with... Now with God Goku have 77% damage reduction this is very remarkable which means his super attack damage is around 1.5 million before he even super attacks and every time he super attacks it seems to add .35% which is equivalent of 250,000 additional damage so his first super attack will do 1.5 his second will do 1.75 then his third super attack will have 2 million

Btw truth, not sure if you forgot or just really wanted to no item this event; but you can use senzu beans in this event. Senzu clears status effects (iirc) so this should remove the unit lock in phase 3 if you get screwed over on a turn on top of the obviously useful heal. Posting since that really good run at the 24 minute mark you went into that final turn with 6000 hp, healed to 200k from orbs, and were suprised to die to a sa that had done 190k previously. Although normals don't do a lot, knowing you'd only have 9k hp or so left post-super, using a senzu would've been king that turn for sure. Especially since it's unknown if he can double super or not.

LR merged zamasu‘s passiv is actually really nice in this event. Cell max hits him a lot of times so he can built up his ki and damage reduction and him being effective against all types makes him kill the phy phase smoothly.

@@_Seru_ 15 percent mitigation is the equavlent of 300k defence agaisnt cell max super and 80k against his normals. That times 2 is 600k defence agaisnt his supers and 160k defence against his normals. It's a lot more than you actuallly think. Now 200 percent leader skills woudl still proably be slightly better because your getting in total a true 15 percent increase in hp, defence, and attack but just for defence alone, the 30 percent mitigation in total is way better against someone like cell max.

Bro I went in this event without any prior knowledge and I cleared the first 2 phases and I was like “lol this event easy” And the second I got into the 3rd phase he supered my Eza Int Goku and vegeta for 630k then basically murdered me after that.
