Yes, alot of quests require you to grind mobs anyways, also easy exp from just talking to npcs.

Mix. Iirc most quests give around 15 -20 mobs worth of XP. If you have enough hp and mana, kill mobs in between quest zones.

The hardcore addon has moderators that can appeal death caused by griefs or disconnect. That incident was clearly a grief as there was a stealthed rogue right on top of the flight master so they appealed it
