If we include GAT/ horrible towers, ToTaS is soemthing that comes to mind. it is TooHard difficulty, and consists of one jump for the ENTIRE tower. It consists of the same 12.75 stud jump over and over for the whole tower. It has no music, has a instakill at the bottom which is funny, and has a 15/16 stud jump at the end with a block to prevent any coil. That jump is unknown if its beatable with tas, but people have gotten close from what i've seen

the hardest obby is the trusses which is a tier 25 obby but it might be impossible so the hardest is probably Umholt Von Leiden which is a peak tier 23 obby also Tower of Revolving/Spiralling Fates is peak tier 19 and Citadel of Void is high tier 21
