Express your innermost emotions to your closest mates. You'll truly know who they are when you cry and they're not awkward. They let you cry till it passes and continue the conversion. You'd be surprised which of your bros have been down that hole of mental issues/depression. And then you feel that you're no longer alone.

I think its okay to express your emotions and to be more vulnerable. But we cant forget that theres a fine line between being vulnerable and being weak. Weakness is something we must avoid in today's day and age, but whilst still being vulnerable.
