Gohldengo's evolution isn't hard per say. It is just a small grind to get that is mainly accomplished just by do a semi full exploration of the map through the story.

I'm surprised Kingambit wasn't included. The worst part is that defeating normal bisharp won't give you the leader's crest. You can only get it from bisharp commanding pawniards. Plus, once you get the leader's crest, you have to defeat 3 other bisharp that are also holding leader's crests. It's nowhere near as bad as gholdengo but I frequently had to leave the area to have new bisharp spawn.

Farfetch'd is really easy to evolve into Sirfetch'd if you know the trick to do so

I was evolving a shiny eevee in violet to get an umbreon but I got a sylveon instead. I had no idea they changed the evolution method. Thankfully, I had a save from before so I reset and got shiny umbreon.

Seems like you didn't check moveset first and have a fairy move known during evolution, I didn't play any gen 6/7 so I dont know pokemon Amie or whatever it is used for Sylveon in those gens(played 1-4 via emulators) and only started in gen 9 then gen 8(pla and swsh)

@exia0616 That is what happened. It learns babydoll eyes at level 9. Once I reloaded my save, I deleted that move and evolved them into Umbreon. If I knew they changed the evolution method, I would have deleted it beforehand. Originally, it evolved by reaching a certain affection level in Pokemon Amie/Refresh and leveling up while knowing a Fairy move. They changed this in Gen 8. Since Gen 9 had picnics and Gen 8 had camps, I thought that was used instead of Amie/Refresh but it's not.

You know they respawn right? I went for the towers, ruins ect for the chest and got it eventually. If it were 1 gimme ghouls equals 1 coin, that would be horrible.

G.Yamask was stupid,but easy to do, the hitmon trio can be confusing and a bit hard to control but doable, trade evolutions aren’t really a problem anymore with PLA giving you both a physical item to induce trade evolutions as well as the ability to catch them naturally which hopefully continues in future games Gholhdengo however…………….that BS guarantees I’m never getting another one on my own or that I would ever bother with one after I returned Violet to the store that was painfully annoying not just because the chest respawns take a bit of time but you need freaking 999 of those damn coins why just why gamefreak he isn’t even that busted of a Pokémon even legendary Pokémon aren’t this annoying to get🤬
