Wow, quality video mate, I'm just into running. Aged 45,bang on it this year, trained for black belt 3rd Dan and did a marathon in same week, from 500 meters start of the year blowing up can't run. Sub 20 5k is the unbelievable goal. Do they parkrun run in Japan, Just like to say hats off to your life, wow!!!

The headline, brought back memories for me. I lost my colour vision, finishing a mile track race. By recollection I ran around 4:01 which clearly was over my red line. It did return, but a bit odd. Quite a frequent occurance at the end of 1500m races was pain in my teeth, I suppose joining in with the rest of my body ! I trained bloody hard so I am in that club ! Enjoy the content, thank you :)
