I was there this year! I’m a fairly experienced landscape and portrait photographer, but this race was my first attempt at shooting motor sports. IT WAS SO HARD! Panning with an object moving 80+ MPH is much more difficult than it looks. I have such an immense respect for all the work y’all do! There were maybe 5 shots of the actual race that I was happy with. Other than that, all I did well was shooting landscapes of the sunrise and portraits of Dai after he ditched his car at Devil’s Playground😂 IG: @colelaurain
