Work ❤beautiful one. I’m a South African dance teacher. Ampiano too. Her traditional dance requires footwork and straight lines and in African dance the footwork and agility are what makes the dance. I was taught to rain dance at age 9 when I was sad by my elders. The pain in my soul came through the d dance and watered the crops with my tears. So beautiful and empowering.

@@MountainMaid238she has extensions because she’s a performer. Her hair is wrapped around the top 3-4 times and still down to her butt it’s because she is wearing a hair piece for dramatic effect. Her own hair probably is long but not the volume and exact length needed for the style. That’s reality for any race of performing/photographed women. Kim K also wears extensions.

But that knee bend is going to be hard (how low one can bend) for ppl in their mid 40's, some even younger. But it is entertaining and with very awesome dance steps.
