Needs carpeting in bedrooms. Those floors are COLD. Needs double windows in LR. Otherwise looks really nice and a decent price.

Hello Kirby. I recently visited a dealership that has this home and the video does not do it justice! This home is beautiful, the sheet rock gives a feel of a stick built home. The living room is very spacious. The master closet is adequate size but it’s not big enough for me and hubby and that’s bc I have a lot of clothes...master bedroom /bathroom are awesome! . I was concerned about the dining room, but is big enough for large dining table set. I will say the middle room is small for bedroom but doable and would be perfect size for an office space and the 3rd room is a great size...could possibly fit queen bed set, a full size bed will fit with not problem. The laundry room can also house small freezer if needed. Just thought I would share, have a great day!

@@Livingwithangela116 I absolutely fell in love with this floor plan. Now that I know I can do a double rack in the master closet, also have a tiled shower as well. I will also be doing a tile back splash in the kitchen. Doing some shiplap accent walls. I plan on using that freezer space for a pantry. Don't have a need for a small freezer lol. I also plan to make the middle bed room my office/work out room. You could make the middle room your closet and let your hubby have the master closet. That's what my sister did with her middle room of her home. Thanks for sharing your experience. I really appreciate it!
