I really cannot believe the first half of the video you said how bad flacco played. We didnt lose because of flacco. We lost because of our horrible defense. They could not stop anything against the worst team in football. Flaccos second pick was really in trash time when they were back down 2 scores with like 2 mins left. He was def not the issue. Losing culture going on right now in that building. Had absolutely no pressure all day. Gus bradley needs to go.

Ballard needs to go, Steichen may be able to hang around but Irsay needs to either sell it or stay out of the game decisions. We need to tank the rest of the season (one game) and raffle off draft picks for proven players. Give us some dang receivers and a better quarterback and they can take Richardson. He ain't the one, son! Pittman could get some good trade value, Adonai Mitchell needs to go, Gus Bradley needs to go, Nelson either needs to step up as a leader in the locker room or get gone, Raiman needs to improve and stop with the false starts and holding every game and we need some proven tight ends. We need to stop being the last stop of retiring QB's and safeties.

Ballard and the entire coaching staff, including Steichen should go. They've all failed badly. Most, if not all of their free agents should walk, along with half the remaining roster. They need a QB. Richardson is light years away from being an NFL QB, and anyone who watches his play has to question his instincts for the position. I don't think he possesses them, he's just athletically gifted. Too bad, that doesn't win games. Going all in on him moving forward is a bad bet. Better to hedge your bets on him.

Flacco didn’t play bad. He played how any QB would play with constant pressure and inconsistent run success. If we go down 21-6 in the first half with AR, his stat line would have ended up 10/38 2-3ints 0TDs 1rushTD. 45-20 final score.

My line this year: this Colts team will go as far as Anthony Richardson can take it and as far as Gus Bradley's terrible defensive scheme allows it to go. And we have now seen how far that is. I’m one of the few who think that the offense did their job today, 33 points and a decent running and passing game is solid, but please get Bradley and Ballard out of there, you don’t take sneed, you don’t take the other Mitchell, that leaves you with no secondary, Gus Bradley just needs to go, his 3rd down calls are terrible

The playoff situation that you talked about isn’t necessarily true. Depending on how everything lays out, the Broncos could miss the playoffs if they lose next week. That means the Chiefs get to choose the Broncos destiny. Them being division rivals might make them want to play their starters. In my opinion, if we got to choose whether the Texans make the playoffs or not, I’m playing our starters 100% of the time. That’s just what I think. I don’t know about you.

Colts have to start over. New GM and get rid of Gus Bradley. Get some draft picks while you still have some talent to trade. Who can you trust on this team? No one. Here is another thing. If Irsay is able to see his predicament and lets a new GM start over I can't see how Richardson has a chance to learn and improve during his contract. I think what will happen is he eventually doesn't get signed. The Colts can't get fix all these problem in one year. This will be a long rebuild and prepare to sit on the bottom below the Titans and Jaguars for a while.

Its hard rooting for a team whos management seems fine with mediocrity or worse. Ballards draft history speaks for itself - look it up - its bad. He seems to take pride in making decent late round picks that they plug in as starters and pat themselves on the back when they get a bunch of tackles or something, and then say "See!" Ballard is mediocre at best, and Steichan is probably better as an OC. Maybe he deserves another year, but the 'culture' that Ballard bragged about so much, is a joke - made clear by the players! Bottom line seems to be that that Colts ownership is fine with mediocrity, and Ballard consistently misses on early round draft picks that you have to hit on to get out of the middle. Unless you miss enough that the bottom of the grocery bag finally falls out. But, then, you gotta hit those too. Why is Chris Ballard still in Indianapolis trying to build 'culture?'
