Groupism happens in aspect of life. Not just school or college. Your work place will have groups too and having groups is fine. The main thing is those groups should not be closed off to others and should be understanding of other people and groups. Nobody should feel isolate d in the environment. If anyone does then that's when groupism becomes a problem.

College ki expectations to kuch nhi thi jyada 1.But I did hardwork a lot But my Marks/grade were always bad 2. My Physical health were totally ruined 3.There was not a single friend of me, jisko me ye bol saku ki aaj ka din mera kaisa tha 4. My parents always doubted on me, always compare me with others 5. Mental health was ruined ⬇️ 1. Then I worked on My Physical health (operation and all) 2. I tried a lot of news things and that's how I learnt new skills 3. I got to know about my strengths and weaknesses 4. Learnt soft skills, communication skills, personality development, dealing with different people. 5. Joined gym and work on Physical fitness, made habits of reading and writing. 6. Joined a coaching and studied a lot and yes I'm sure i will definitely do something great in near future.
