IIT is not only thing, yesterday two ex. Students of our physics sir (2017 batch) came to guide us, as sir called them, one is in IIT bombay and another is non IITian, the one who is non iitian couldn't get good rank in jee advanced, thus he didn't get iit but still due to knowledge he is now currently working as advisor in isro in some rocket making dept, something like that he said yesterday.

@@tomjerry3390 his rank was 2nd in NASA project, he passed jee idiot 🤦‍♂️ He just did Not secured good rank in advanced He have practical knowledge like Rancho(3 idiots), he knew how to apply physics, due to this his chemistry and somewhat maths got weak Also, he couldn't focus on jee exam at the end of months, and we all know except you that last months are important coz of this NASA project etc. He got job offer from NASA, roscosmos(Russia rocket making company), he worked in Russia for 2yr then he got job offer from isro and he is currently advisor as I said above in isro also he is one of the youngest scientist of Asia

Tier 3 college are just not good it is so frustrating to be there one should try as hard as possible to get into iit or nit otherwise it becomes too tough i mean even for getting one single opportunity is so tough and majority of students are just there for fun and minority have to hustle so hard because you just don't get that environment faculties just come and read slides and if you want to devote your time to coding your majority of time will be getting wasted in doing some random assignment and 75% just sucks.

It's really depressing for General Boys, whenever we see the rank vs College we get..... whenever we see due to reservations Other castes and also Girls get a much better college and branch, even though they have worse rank than us.... going through the opening and closing rank lists, you will get to know that in any particular branch of any college, the worst boy has better rank than the Best girl in the same college .... A senior of mine once said to me "Agar tum ladki ho toh JEE ke exam mein bas baith jao (means just get the passing marks which is nearly 20-30 in Adv.), bas itna hi chahiye ek ache IIT ya NIT mein jane ke liye" Girls with 5 Digit rank are sitting in IIT Bombay, whereas guys have to strive 4 to 5 times harder to get the same branch because it closes at 3467 at IIT Bombay. Moreover, there is fees relaxation for girls also, to compromise which JEE has increased the fees for Boys. Truly BEING A BOY IS THE WORST THING nowadays 😔

I am not a big fan of IIT but as far as I think most of the kids take the tag of IIT to earn money but I don't think it is worth if you want to go to IIT then only prepare for it otherwise you will not give someone Do not prepare for IIT by looking, according to me, nowadays people have to show off an education, I mean engineering from India's top college, there is nothing else in life, seeing this society, the rest of the parents also deposited their entire life capital IIT's tuition class I am investing, I will say this at last, if you have the passion to do something, then you can do something bigger than even a small engineering college in your street, otherwise the rest of the government job is there only after preparing for the same. And yes i am not a big knowledge data i am doing polytechnic from government college and yes don't judge my english i am heavy driver in english

If we didn't get into IIT , THEN JUST TAKE A GAP OF 1YEAR AND WRITE EXAMS LIKE SAT, IELTS, TAKE AP CLASSES. I have no money for coaching for 11th and 12th, what should I do if I really want to go to some IIT? Everyone around me have already started going to coaching and I feel like I am left out. It feels like they are always one step ahead of me, I know I shouldn't compare myself with others but since they are always around me I can't help but think about it and thinking about it makes my heart heavy. I don't know If I can really show dedication for 2 years for the prep because of my financial condition. My cousin whom I am always compared to also enrolled himself in FITJEE but I can't afford it. Please help.

UPDATE:- so what my problem was that I was scared of the hardwork, now my mind is clear I'm gonna crush myself for 5 years. I will just shut my eyes and ears and not focus on anything else other than myself. Even if I don't get into IIT I'm gonna learn a lot in the following years that will surely help me in future 🤞 🤍

@@Remzy- small suggestion from your senior do not be too much stressed about iit jee right now just focus on your skills and try and improve your iq this will help you life long (also in your iit preparation) do not start 11th level study right now do your class hc verma for science and rd sharma for maths improve your iq by solving some puzzles, and reasoning questions (from book and not from youtube) give ntse, olympiad, and some other national level exams ( for guidance you can contact your school teacher) i bet , by doing these things, your probability of selection in iit will be far more than your coaching going cousins
