​@@xblade11230lets be honest there is not much plot to begin with or complexity in the story, the goal is simple, kill demons and defeat muzan, and between that you have the sad background of the hashiras and demons.

@@gabbzzvieira1829 I have no idea how you came to this conclusion, but to say Demon Slayer has a weak plot is strange. Not want to be offensive, but Demon Slayer has a pretty good plot and depth. It's just in other areas. It's about character development, emotional conflicts, and if you like to think about it, philosophical questions. It's like saying "Lord of the Rings plot is weak - there is a ring and they destroy it". In DS it's less about the scope of the story and more about the interaction of the characters, which then drives the plot. Don't mistake "your liking of the plot" with the "quality of the plot".

Sanemi is such a misunderstood character, can't wait for more of his background/past to be shown. Although he seems to be a crazy stupid kind of lunatic, he's just someone who wants to do his job. Even after Tomioka pretty much insulted him the first thought when he got up to leave was "yo we gotta decide what everyone will do get back", not tryna pick a fight over grudges. 100% one of the best characters along with Tomioka, Zenitsu, Kokushibo (upper 1 you met in first episode last season) and Akaza (Upper 3) for me. Cant wait for more of them.

"Are they gonna trap them?" NGL, that would have been incredibly smart of them to do. Those two Hashira wouldn't be able to handle the combined might of the upper moons plus Muzan. Splitting your opponents and fighting smaller groups of them has always been a solid strategy. An army of 50 won't beat 100 in a single battle. But an army of 50 can easily win ten different battles against 10 soldiers. Segregate the enemy and win. But perhaps Muzan just genuinely doesn't consider them a threat, and thus not worth the effort to do that
