That frog really had a lasting imprint on your collective memories, it's almost become a fourth member of Hat Films. In terms of being the last person on Earth: I'd spend a few weeks living like earth is a GTA Online lobby. Go into a military base, steal a tank and level a city, commandeer one of those mega-yachts from Monaco, sail around the world, go to all the places I want to see now, do all kinds of crazy shit and then commit suicide to escape the lonely hell.

Hey Smith, just wanted to let you know my mom's Leopard Gecko is ~25 years old, my brother dumped it on her in 1998 and it's still alive last I checked.

Raccoons are awesome. A 4th generation raccoon comes by my place for food. They've been passing down the knowledge of where to go by bringing and showing the kids. It's wonderfully cute. If you want some raccoon content to enjoy, there's a KZbin channel called Tito The Raccoon, enjoying snacks and otherwise. They're awesome.

Raccoons are adorable. They're also assholes. We had one coming by our house that we named Jojo, who first introduced herself by shoving her head through our screen door. She's since gotten into the house through a window and tore up our kitchen, then climbing some bushes to break into my wife's bathroom, before eventually trying to live in our basement. Turns out she was preggers, and she would hang out next to us when we were outside if we gave her food. (There's crappy vids on my page if anyone is interested). She promptly screwed off after giving birth, but it was late in the year so she probably had to set up a winter den. (Raccoons won't hibernate if there's a ready food source available.) Things to keep in mind: They are a LOT stronger and heavier than they look. She would sometimes get grabby and latch onto an ankle, and one time I had to stop recording her because she smelled a biscuit in my shirt and it was either give it to her or lose a pocket. Their claws are long and very shreddy. Ones that grow up in captivity tend to go through personality changes around the age of 2 and will just start shredding things up and being rougher with people. So yeah, if you want 'pet' raccoons you're better off setting up a little gardening shed warren for them to live in, and even then make it optional for them to come and go as they please.

Sentience and sapience are two term that are often confused. We will examine the difference between the definitions of sentience and sapience, where these words came from and some examples of their use in sentences. Sentience means the ability to feel things, the ability to perceive things. Any living being that has some degree of consciousness is sentient, including insects, lizards, dogs, dolphins and human beings. The word sentience is derived from the Latin word sentientem, which means feeling. The adjective form is sentient. The word sentience is often misused to mean a creature that thinks. Sapience means the ability to think, the capacity for intelligence, the ability to acquire wisdom. The scientific name for modern man is Homo sapiens. Sapience only describes a living being that is able to think. The word sapience is derived from the Latin word sapientia, which means intelligence or discernment. The adjective form is sapient. Note that sentience is often misused in place of the word sapience.

the thing about raccoons is that they are more like friends than pets

If I’m in a post human world I think my three wishes would be. 1) I wish to be invulnerable to damage or unless I say my safe word. If I say my safe word i immediately and painlessly die. Why this? Unlike Smith I intend to stay in the post human world and want to travel. 2) I wish for the infrastructure to be invulnerable to damage decay and continue to operate perfectly without human involvement. This would mean from fridges to buildings cars and planes internet etc they’d still would work fine and not decay, make travelling a bit easier knowing food isn’t gonna go off and internet to help with travel. Last wish, I don’t know. There’s a lot to think about but those first two are solid for me.

Small monkeys are arseholes. My Nan used to breed marmosets (uk) and hand raised the babies the parents rejected, so they lived in the house with us. The one we had has a pet, was named 'Dumpy' as he often liked to throw his poop at you. Grim

We have a raccoon that out near our field. She is a good mom to her babies. I haven't looked for them or seen them in a while. But I hope they are ok. She sadly had lost one leg, but she was still doing good. I know i can't. But I wish I could helped her in some way. But You don't want to interact with Raccoons too much. For example, if you feed them everyday, they will show up everyday wanting food. But this becomes a problem when you don't have any food to give. As they will get upset that you won't feed them and attack you. So it's genially recommended to leave them alone.

People keep racoons as pets, you don't cage them, they just hang out like a cat or dog.
