I got the Chiefs winning the division because I can't bring myself to pick against Mahomes and Kelce, the Broncos second with a strong 11 win season with Russ, and the Chargers at 9-8 because I feel like they'll get WAY too cocky again. Mathematically that's kind of unlikely. You would basically need these guys to all split games with each other and then go damn near undefeated outside the division. Don't get me wrong with the crazy 3 wildcard teams system now having 3 teams from the same division is nowhere near the rarity it used to be but getting all four in would be very difficult to accomplish mathematically and you would be basically relying on the other three divisions having one clear winner that goes 13-4 or 14-5 or something while every other teams just bottoms out. Certainly possible to see three teams from that division though. As others have said Chiefs, Broncos, and Chargers seem most likely.

I'm glad that Matt Araiza was vindicated. To be involved with such heinous allegations and (to be very clear, rightfully) released as a result must have been soul crushing. But to have the original accuser later drop his name from the case after a defamation suit must be incredibly rewarding for him. Nobody should be falsely or incorrectly accused of something so evil. It's a shame it happened, but I'm glad he's still playing the game.

As a Ravens fan we had 2018-We made into the playoffs by a remarkable run by Jackson in his rookie year. 2019-Our best franchise performance crushed humiliatingly by the Titans. 2020-A strong, competitive AFC North where 3 teams made it to the playoffs coupled by a loss to the Bills in horrid, Buffalo conditions. 2021-Injury plagued and withered. If we do not have a strong year this year I will cry.

As a Ravens fan, this may be our last chance with Lamar, Harbaugh (even if he got extended), EDC, and many others. Cap Hell is coming, we don't have a solution to the Lamar contract, and if he leaves they will blow up the roster and become the new-age Orioles. Although I did say that in 2012 when this was our last chance with Ray Lewis and Ed Reed. Not to mention considering that the aforementioned Orioles are surprising the baseball world just like they did exactly 10 years ago and the Ravens have had off the field deaths, injuries, and conflict about the future it means one thing to be. Even assuming a new deal considerably bigger than Kyler Murray's for Lamar, we're actually pretty healthy in cap terms for the immediate future with "only" about $2 million in dead cap for 2023 & just 5 players (including Lamar on a new deal/franchise tag) slated for 8-figure cap hits. Plus plenty of veterans who could be jettisoned/re-negotiated for additional cap space if needed.

The main thing about the Chiefs for me is that they still have Reid, Mahomes and Kelce, and while their WR core isn't the best, Juju and MVS are legitimately good options and Mahomes has proven he can throw weel to guys other than Tyreek and Kelce. Plus, I wasn't born yesterday. We've seen how the Chargers have fucked up their greatest opportunities, how the Chiefs have owned the Broncos every which way, and how the Raiders defense has been nothing but dust and wind vs KC. The Chiefs have heavy competition, sure, but I have to see it to believe it

Man, feels like the Texans got a little shortchanged here. Obviously they aren't going to be a great team this year and I agree that a lot of focus is on hoping the Browns implode and that Mills continues to grow as a player, but I do think there's a lot more that fans are looking forward to than Tree realizes. Our draft class from this year has quite a lot of excitement behind it, especially since several of them have shown some really great things in the preseason. Stingley and Pitre look like genuine stars in the secondary, Kenyon Green got limited reps but literally pancaked a dude on his first snap, and Dameon Pierce looks like he could be the best running back we've had since Arian Foster. Couple that with excitement for Mills and hoping that other sophomores like Nico Collins, Brevin Jordan, and Roy Lopez continue to develop and there's a lot of young talent to make the Texans an interesting team even if they're likely obe with another Top 10 pick next year.

@@sastryvnk4402 the girl did everything right. Immediately went to the police and got a rape kit done and her story is consistent. I believe her and Araiza and his buddies should deservedly go to jail for a long long time. It was brutal and disgusting. Reading the story turned my stomach.

I’ve seen a lot of jokes about how the browns will sign Matt Araiza. While funny, I do think we need to add the Saints, Falcons and Panthers to that list seeing as how they made trade offers for deshaun as well this offseason.

The articles mentioned a lot of damning evidence, such as a phone call where Matt admitted to having sex with her, which is statutory rape and said it while the police were listening in. I would like to see a transcript of this convo, but that’s damning enough if true. SDSU put out a timeline of their investigation which lines up with law enforcement’s timeline given in the articles.
