4:42 that is something called 3D Shadowing or Mirror Reflexion. this only occurs on a lens like a camera lens it cannot be seen by a naked eye. It is we’re an object is moved past an open frame. Example Omar walks past the doorframe and just as he gets to the edge of it the shadow with the exact same shape as him crosses paths with him. This happens when the edge of a frame meets with the shadow of an object, and the camera doesn’t know we’re to place the shadow so it just makes the shadow merge itself into the incoming object, kinda like it turns 3D. You can also see this about 5 second earlier seconds earlier.

As he's talking there is a spot, just down from the top, where you can see a light strip then a small dark section, directly under it, then a long light strip.
