I could not imagine being sick and getting brought here, believing that I was going to get better. Not knowing how many people actually died in these walls. I wonder if the patients themselves had experienced anything paranormal with all the deaths that occurred there daily. I wonder if they thought they were hallucinating or believed in spirits. It would be something to talk to someone who actually survived Waverley Hills and tuberculosis and hear their experiences.

Maybe Lois wanted you to pick up her picture or your alarm. I would love to see Dave do an investigation on his own. Just Dave following his feelings without interruption. Silence is totally acceptable. You don't have to fill every second talking. A little silence would allow for hearing more.

They have an entire night full of hours of footage - there is plenty of silence that gets cut in order to keep the episode entertaining. This also helps to keep the episodes shorter than the 6 or 7 hours of actual footage. ☺️

So, I basically grew up playing at Waverly Hills. It was operational as Woodhaven Nursing Home roughly 52 years ago, me and my brothers would ride our bikes up there. My Mom worked in the kitchen for several years, my Grandfather passed away there. There were a lot of out buildings and Annexes on the property, all gone now. We covered every inch of that place, including the 3 roads leading up the hill. I have different memories of the Body Chute and transporting the dead off the property than current Owners, as do others I know. Still, I Love Waverly, going to spend the night in October, can't wait!

It was a treasure, and I didn't realize till later on. We Partied up there as Teenagers, trying to scare the girls, it was completely vacant for a good decade. I just retired in January, (62) and when my Son comes home from Oregon in May, My Wife, Son and I are doing an overnight tour. I check in on Grandpa every couple years, lol.

I took my kids to the Queen Mary for the fourth of July and to just visit telling them stories of our adventures. Now they take their kids. Its probably haunted but we never experienced anything. Just a fun place to spend the day or a weekend. Waverly seems like an interesting place to visit. The history is fascinating and very sad. You got to experience it long before it was gutted. So your knowledge and memories are priceless. That's sweet. Grandpa probably appreciates it.

Ive been there 3 times. My group & several affiliates had run of the entire building including the basement which was normally not accessible. Ive been in the paranormal field for 30yrs and ive investigated 100's of locations but Waverly has been the most active place i have ever visited! Quick question? Does Tina & her husband still own it? Just curious. They were really neat people!!

@@serenelooms6608 It's all demoic deception. I will explain...Aliens and ufo's make us question where we come from and who we are in the universe. The Bible explains clearly all those questions. "Ghosts" make you believe you can have an attachment from someone that died. The Bible explains clearly that as soon as you die, you will go to heaven or hell until the final judgement. There isn't anything residual to attach. But the deception makes us question...who are we, where did we come from, where are we going. This is coming from someone that has had too many supernatural experiences to tell on a youtube post. And I wasn't looking for any of it. What did it make me do? It made me question the Bible and what I already knew.

Unfortunately guy's I know all to well about TB. When I was a little kid my mother got sick it's been well over 50 yrs,we were quarantined our home was closed to anyone coming or going. The food delivered was dropped at a distance and we had to keep getting retested so the white suits were at our home often. My mother was there for 6months thank the Lord none of the children got sick and mom survived;but she had some stories to tell when she came home and she said that they noticed when patients never returned. My family was treated like the plaque by family members and others who knew about mom getting sick;I was little but I remember.

I live like an hour from waverly hills, just went 2 months ago and got a pretty cool picture of a shadow. there was no one walking there because as me and my friend were walking around I made sure no one was around when I took pictures. We also bounced a ball down the hallway and it stopped and like a minute later bounced 2 more times..I thought someone was messing with us so we went to check and no one was there. If you have been here then on the forth floor coming out of the stair well and going to the right if someone was down there we would have seen them walk past us or at least be hiding in a room. I love it there, I’m going back soon!

The TB hospital on the west side of Cincinnati was named Dunham and torn down around 2007 but ,some of the smaller buildings and the tunnels are still there, They are said to be haunted by patients and nurses. When i was a kid almost 50 yrs ago, I asked my mother about Dunham (she was a nurse). It looked like a concrete rectangle with porches that ran around every floor. It was set back on beautiful landscaped lawns....Since 1912- 1945... It was nicked named, "the death hospital" almost no one came out of there alive, even the nurses died. I asked my mom why everyone died, she said Antibiotics were not invented and available at that time. I also asked, why any nurse would go to work there? She knew several of the nurses that did and they died. She said most of the nurses had relatives there and they needed a private nurse to take care of them. (Covington ky lady)

I visited there last fall from MI and I wish I’d spent more time in the body chute. It was a great place to visit but we didn’t have any experiences. I think if my brother took it more seriously, it would’ve been a different story. I’d go back. It’s pretty commercialized, the way they run it but still cool.

Ryan I think the whispering sound on the EVP saying "I AM" at 48:29 is debunked - look at 46:47, you can see that right after you asked "Are you laying above me?" you shuffled around a bit moving your head up and it made a sound, and it aligns with the timing of the whispering sound on the recording. It even sounds the same - two short shuffling sounds.
