such a good band! if you like them you’ll also like the devil makes three

Devil makes three is what got me into this whole genre and also folk punk. Met some guys years ago that noticed my guitar playing and offered me a position in a folk band. I've only played in a couple punk outfits and those guys opened up a whole world to me

Magnus Archives, Ep 99 At some point Stefan must have finally died. I know this because when he started talking to us again, there was no way he could have made those noises unless his lungs and throat were fully packed with sediment. The words were soft, insistent and spasmed out of his dirt-clogged body like an earthquake. I don’t remember what he said, not really. It only comes back to me in those quicksand dreams, where I feel the earth swallowing me forever. He was making promises, I think. Promising us that when the sky fell and became an eternity of mud, he would carve out a place for us in the heart of the forever buried. He would show us… the love of ‘Choke’.

Wow, hipster hippies. Strange how the world turns.
@megatrollificus7 жыл бұрын
That ain't all bad. Maybe the cosmic hippie part will take the pretentious edge off the hipster part and leave the open-mindedness?? I noticed, back in the 90s' that it was the ravers who partook of the better parts of "hippie". Glad to see this development.

At least they can play instruments and sing without autotune....
