I have a theory as of why they could've put Telegram links. The thing is that most of the social media in Russia are banned (i.e. Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) for being tied to the 3xtremism, so they resort to Telegram channels as a way of communication perhaps. Russia has two popular ways of socializing nowadays without VPN: VK (russian Facebook) and Telegram, and a lot of bloggers and other channels have their dedicated telegram chats and stuff like this, so they can connect to their fans without Government watching over then, because VK is controlled by Roskomdazor. So maybe they were linking the Telegram in order to beg for money and have a "communication" with their fans. But this is just a theory from a Russian myself.
