Okay, but it's also unfair that that's the response every time two women show closeness. Women can also fall in love with each other, it happens. There's a reason why "gal pals" is such a joke now, it's because a significant amount of people can literally watch two women kiss and go "aww, what good friends." Let women be in love. Also, an exclusive friendship sounds...unhealthy. Perhaps it's worth considering that if a friendship is all of those things, it may not be just a friendship.

To answer everyone, they we're in love. Whether that means they were girlfriends or not. The point was to show how strong of love they had for one another. Just because they didn't kiss (like everyone is saying), doesn't mean they weren't together. Thats how strong they showed their love. They didn't need to kiss for us to see that.

Lesbianism is about sexuality not love. Love has nothing to to with sexuality. You can love someone without being sexually attracted to them. This video illustrates a deep and strong love between two people but does not illustrate their sexuality at all. Therefore there is no evidence of lesbianism in this video. 🤷🏻♂️

This song is absolutely phenomenal ‼️‼️ It literally sinks into your soul. I grew up in the 1960s and 1970s. Life was so very different, in only good ways. I lost faith in people due to the way a lot of awful people today are me,me,me , rude, vulgar, narcissistic, and crude. Haven't even listened to music for the last 2 decades, at least. Came of age in the Woodstock era, when everyone on the block knew their neighbors, it was peaceful, and people were so very genuine. Whether these talented musicians and vocalists are Christians or not, I've fallen in love with this song. I looked at your channel, and this video caught my eye for both the incredible beauty of these young ladies, their angelic voices and harmony, and clean, and breath of fresh air demeanors, these wonderful people send out. Best music I've heard in at least 20 years. Thank you so very much, and may God richly bless you. ‼️✝️⬆️❤️👆🛐

I grew up during the heyday of MTV and VH1, when music videos were 'important'. Sure, artists like Beyonce or Lady Gaga still crank 'em out in style, but they're mainly to showcase choreography and attitude. This looks, frankly, like a real, mini-movie. That's how I remember music videos being. The production values here are stunning, the acting is poignant and heartbreaking- look at her face at 4:13- it's a whole lifetime in two or three seconds, the cinematography is gorgeous. THIS is a music video and I'm so glad to see that some people still care enough to make the very best.

A year ago, I met this song when the relationship with my girlfriend was not going well. It was a very complicated time. We separated and decided to take our way each one by her side but shortly after we returned and tried to do things differently. We got to know each other more, we accepted each other, we cared for each other and we loved each other more. We did magic. I had never seen the video until now and my heart is hurting because she’s gone, she passed away on April 2, 2021. I had never imagined such a story. I've never really felt what it's like to lose the love of your life. But reality exceeds it. The sadness is so deep and the pain so intense, that it is difficult to understand that there are things that were already written and that we must learn something. It’s so hard to leave your dreams and just move on (min 3.31). I miss you my love Fernanda, I miss your smile, miss your soul, the way you enjoy the life. I miss you so much. I just hope that wherever you are, you are immensely happy. May 14th will be our 4th anniversary. Don’t forget it.

it is definitely implied that they were romantically involved. The father wouldn’t yell at his daughter that way for nothing. people need to stop trying to invalidate love stories between two women and/or men by playing it off as them being “just very close friends who love each other.” let the gays have their representation.

I can’t remember how I came across this song but I do remember, however, listening to it over and over driving home from visiting a friend in Idaho. I would reacquaint with Leslie within hours of arriving home. She was visiting from Canada, prior to her visit she found me on Facebook and reached out. We communicated and reestablished a cursory friendship from years ago. Her visit was a whirlwind of late nights, laughter and in retrospect, moments taken for granted. She loved my writing and I made her laugh, and this song was in the middle. I never dreamt that within days after her visit I would pine after the memories and ache as the lyrics “…Can we go on like it once was…?” played with a pain that led to food deprivation. Now, years later, the song still stops me cold with memories that are faded and have lost their taste. I’ve often thought I don’t have enough time left in life to find that again.

This looks so innocent and pure and I feel like I'm missing out so now I'm sad. Everything just flows well together

I started bawling as soon as the shot of her older and reflecting on her loss. I am 13 years out from losing my best friend, my soul mate-and the pain is as profound as ever. Awesome video, awesome song.
This was one of the single best music videos I've ever seen, the song is fantastic and the video matches it with a lesson all its own. Perfect

Just finished Sweet Tooth and I'm crying. It had so much meaning and really invoked a sense of unity. Like when an astronaut sees the Earth as a tiny blue dot. Best show I've ever seen 🦌🤍

How did I only see this video of Troian Bellisario today?? For years of supporting her, idolising her and even making her an inspiration, how was this video only recommended to me today. How the hell does YT's algorithm work?? 😱🤔

As a long time fan of H&H, I love to hear some new music that keeps that classic sound. This is just one of a long list of marvelous songs these guys have made. Great, great stuff.
