The platform already exists. You can host on DTube and get paid in Steemit tokens which you can sell for real cash. There's no censorship, your videos can't be demonetized and content creators make more money. KZbin is horrible, it censors everything and gives content creators only a tiny portion of the revenue they generate. Most content creators have to resort to using Patreon just to stay afloat because KZbin takes everything.
