I think it is fair to say that if people are harming you, then you have the right to separate yourself from them. Obviously I don't know you specific situation, but if your family are being abusive toward you then it is not necessary for you to continue to be in their presence, you can create space for your own safety, that is not wrong. You may even find that you are able to get along better with your family after some separation. That is what happened for my wife after many years of being in an abusive relationship with her parents. It was only after moving away and becoming much more detached from them that healing could begin, and while things are not perfect she has a much better relationship with them now than she did when we were younger. I hope this is helpful, you deserve to be happy and respected.

Please if you can answer I keep Gurbani on on my tv from early morning to late night it’s Nitnem ,Sukhmani sahib and Kirtan from Darbar sahib.I keep doing my all house hold works but I want it to be there always even if I watch some program on other tv or anyone comes to my house I just want it to be there what is this and what will be the result .I don’t like if it’s stopped.

Beware of Amritpal. He has been brought to scene especially by BJP to cause polarisation before 2024 Lok Sabha Elections. He will try to create enmity between Hindus & Sikhs by propagating hatred filled speeches & controversial statements. No harm will be done to him by agencies. RSS/BJP backed media will keep promoting him as a hero of Sikhs. But in reality anyone seen with him with him or having picture with him will be singled out as a terrorist or Khalistani. He may be put behind bars or killed in fake encounters. The climax will happen by December 2023 or January 2024 to get maximum benefit during 2024 elections.

Some questions about Amritpal: 1. Who is Amritpal, his family, his background? 2. Who brought him from Dubai? 3. He was a clean shaven man, who motivated/encouraged him to take Amrit? 4. Why is he giving so much hatred speeches? 5. Why is he openly asking for Khalistan? 6. Why is he being paid so much attention, why media is giving him so much coverage? 7. Despite all his hatred speeches, why is he not being arrested till date?

I don't need to tell you in deep as everybody knows that already. 7th- there is AAP party government in punjab, sikhs supports arvind Kejriwal, That's why govt is not doing anything and they will eventually blame central govt for all what is happening,
