One tip: Don't use boiling hot water with rooibos tea. If you want the full benefits of the tea you should wait for the water to cool down ideally to 80-85 degrees celsius. That way you ensure the heat won't destroy the antioxidants and minerals in the tea.

Hey it's funny, I just watched the video about coffee I have been contemplating to quit and that's it I decided to do so now and so I went ahead and started looking for replacement haha (we always need to drink smt don't we?) and I was thinking of Green tea however I saw that's its packed with other stimulants too and it also has caffeine!! To be honest I'm not sure which one is more beneficial. They both offer their own unique benefits. I think it's down to the individual person really. For instance green tea doesn't sit well in my stomach so I tend to go for alternatives like rooibos or lemon and ginger.
