As mentioned I got the chance to visit one of the hotels, that has very good pre - opening offers that I just could not resist.
To be precise we visited The Heart Of Europe, Cote d'Azur - Monaco resort.
What I heard before hand was it is an Adult Only resort. Seemed to be fun, kind of 24h party.
I have to say we had a great stay and it was something different. Would we visit again?
Yes, but only with some friends along.

Seriously... just go to the real Monaco, Cannes, etc. That is beautiful. And let Dubai be Dubai: go to the desert, go to Liwa, the omani mountain etc. But that hotel is plain ugly with ugly beach. With nothing to do except being stuck at the pool.
