Encouraging video. My husband was a big part of Prison Ministry (for four years), and, as his wife, I supported him in the ministry. I enjoyed every minute of it. Now he has walked away from God and me...please pray he will come back to the Lord before it's too late. My desire would be to see him again in this ministry.(Australia). thank you

My desire is to become a prison Chaplin. I applied yet the requirement were many different degrees. I pray that God place me in the path of the right persons to connect me to my life calling. The prison was in NC. I once was an officer there many years ago. I connected with some lady from my most recent job. Those two young ladies reminded me of all the lives the holy spirit allowed me to touch and bring to Christ. I made a different to once loss and abused women to know who they are now and whom they serve. This passion is my calling. Amen. The Copelands and many other conferm me to my call in life. I pray the doors open for me to reach the nation to seek My Call to serve others to know our Savior. The prison Chaplin is my call.

I just found out that state prisons do not require different degrees. All you need is a BA in applied psychology or counseling degree. That is for California. Maybe there is something like that in NC.

in response to weRwilsons comment, Jesus has accepted all of us because He died for all of us so that we can be saved. Its up to people if they want to accept Him as their Lord and Saviour because God gave to everyone a free will to choose Him or not to choose Him. Even if someone refuses to accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, the sacrifice of Christ remains forever and He has paid the price for everyone.

I was wondering the same thing. It seems they are doing excellent work there, but it would be great if they didn't continue false traditions(i.e christmas & easter) and extra biblical doctrines that are very common now days. One of the biggest testimonies is the foreshadowing of messiah in the feast days, and what a blessing it is to keep them.

good to see someone going into the prison... just wondered when she said she wants correct theology and its important to speak the word, what is her take on woman pastors? does she teach the prisoners that the "sinners prayer" is an acceptable way to salvation? i notice she mentioned christmas and maybe easter does she beleive those are "biblical celebrations" or does she think they are "pagan traditons".. just curious if one would answer
