In the bad ending, it is highly implied what we are seeing is Yi's Soulscape. That's why we see glitches in the screen. He never returned to Penglai, he just dreams about it.

really good video, but you should have mention the back story for each SOLS since they are pretty amaizing and give a little inside on how the work and motivation was going for each person in power. honestly, i really like that each sols had they own good intentions that was twisted in the wrong way by just making a little decision. its really resonade with me, that even when you have good intentions, 1 little mistake can turn everything evil and you should be worry that happend to you.

If I knew it's such a story heavy game I would've payed more attention and treated it as such, and not just as tough as nails metroidvania. The exploration and difficulty was at times so frustrating that tons upon tons of dialogues on top of that made me start skipping all of them for the majority of the game.. I never skipped dialogues before so here I am, catching up😅
