BTW, what I eventually learned was that the air pressure to inflate is very low so it required some manual unfolding to encourage the hydrolic pressure to kick in and do the rest. After that, I've been really happy with the unit. You need chlorine which was cheap tablets which last a week. Filter needs to be changed every two weeks here but I have a lot of pollen and trees.

(PS: I was finally able to set up my tub after watching this video because I didn’t get directions ANYWHERE. Mine is the Saluspa. At least Coleman is nice enough to give instructions)

Mine isn't heating at all. At 24 hours not one degree. I'm not getting an error code either. Everything seems to be working fine (used and loved it all last year, this is initial set up for this year), but it's not heating AT ALL. Since you're WAY more helpful than the company, do you have any advice?

I had a nice 7000 massage bed hot tub that broke ; being in a less secure financial position I purchased one of these ( neccessity for a medical condition) I waited a long time to buy thinking it would not work !!! I wish I never waited the jets are just as powerful ( just missing the fancy bed and accessories)

Just keep the lid on so no derby falls it. You should be fine. Just put the filter on once it is warm enough.

Awesome it worked but my question is once it reaches the heat that I wanted to stay at if I turn the pump off the green light for the status telling me that it’s heated goes off as well. Can I turn both of those off or do I have to have those on for it to maintain the heat?

Yes, absolutely leave the top on. You lose a lot of heat with the lid off. It typically takes 1 hour per 1.5 degrees increase. And once the heat is turned off, it will start losing heat.

I have the same issue, solved it. The heat element relays on the control board are crap and getting stuck open. Had relays replaced and it works amazing again. Cost me 100 bucks CAD

Where you using the bubbles when this happened? That will cause a major temperature drop as you are blowing outside temperature air into the water.

Well this is more like a hot bath machine then a purpose built hot tub. Real hotubs are $$$ and high power 220v. This needs to be kept at 104 and used till it cools off. It’s not going to get hot with you in it using bubbles

We bought a brand new Saluspa Helsinki and installed yesterday. I set the temperature to 88F and after installing the cover and waiting for an hour, the temperature went up to 80 then this afternoon I checked on it and the heater was off and the temperature was back down to 77. Not sure if we have a defective unit.

Perhaps you had turned on the timer which would have set it to turn off. Did you also "lock" the screen, perhaps someone/thing hit the heater button turning it off

Dont need ro press yhe filter button first. Automatically turns on filter when u press heat. Dont have to lock it either. Locks automatically. No hot water coming out. Been 30 mins. Nothing. Brand new. Just installed it. Cant call customer service cuz only way to communicate is to submit a call back request and await a call. Not happy. Not cool. Theu state it can yake up to two business days to get a call back. Website Faq sucks.
