This type of Metal is a definite on the way to work, every day listen for me. I'm in the retail/customer service business. I pride myself in my ability to make a customer happier when they leave than when they came in. I've met some of the best people in the world. They are rare. This music is my therapy. The contrast with this band is what makes me love them. The demon sounds, awesome lyrics, the emotional instruments. For something so damn heavy and yet make your heart bleed with some songs... Haha Lorna Shore is one of my all time favorites. I listen to them on my drive often, during work, whenever. I'm a software tester and a big softy. Most metal heads I've known in my life have been very low stress, easy going people. We get a lot of our aggression out in healthy ways, such as through our music! Sleep Token is a great suggestion. His screams are insane! He offers a course in collaboration with two KZbinrs. In that course he teaches you how to scream like he does. Idk why but I signed up for this a few months ago. So much fun exploring my voice. Really cool stuff. It's incredibly hard to scream like that.

I’d recommend some songs from a band called signs of the swarm, specifically the songs nightcrawler, cesspool of ignorance, and amongst the low and empty you won’t be disappointed. Or if you want a another band with a huge symphonic sound, I’d recommend shadow of intent and their song barren and breathless macrocosm, melancholy, or malediction

A Couple songs I'd suggest is CONCRETE JUNGLE or ARTIFICIAL SUICIDE. by the way this is the 1st time i ever made it thru a whole lorna shore song and that was because i was commenting anoit wills covers.....lol. you just mentioned work.
