@Skyr0_694 жыл бұрын
@island mike Its simple, not saying his efforts aren't short of amazing, Im saying that they need to include the use of steroids in his program so people who are starting their body building journey get a realistic view of progression, Ive lost rl mates who started taking steroids without even reaching their natural peak. Steroids repair muscle ....pretty much 70% of the muscle building process, recovery and diet. Meaning you can continue lifting heavy and reduce the time/financial investment of progression. It's addictive as any drug is with severe side effects. It's like using a cheat code in a game you can still be great at the game but your skills are enhanced through an external source. Hope you have a good day tho brother.

@@skdragon8845 if you're on ton of gear, sure. Mike Mentzer and others who trained like Yates (well, similarly) didn't get injured. You're using 1 example in Yates to fit your narrative. Coleman didn't train like Yates whatsoever and now he can't even walk, so?

@dj_m19 Жыл бұрын
@@zerimarz9928 again, that's 1 example, and Yates himself has said that HIT isn't dangerous and that it's not at fault for his injuries. He himself has said that not backing off intensity just weeks out of competition, trying to train the same way as in off season except that the body is in a much more vulnerable state due to food and water deprivation, sleep deprivation, stress from the prep et cetera...is that caused his injuries. There is a reason why both his tears happened only a few weeks out from Mr. Olympia, no? why didn't they happen in the off season? and again, bodybuilders with all kinds of training programs tear their stuff and injure themselves. Cutler tore his tricep and he was a volume junky. Right quad atrophied/torn.Coleman's lat was torn/atrophied and we all know the story with his back. It's more about the steroids and and prep than the program itself
