A long time ago I bought a booklet by Tom Hanson (A Short History of Shibden Hall) and felt there were secrets. John Lister's life and a portrait of Anne Lister (unknown painter) raised more questions. Helena Whitbread has unravelled,explored and enriched so much. Immense

Understand that during her rise that in the 1980's an associates mother graduated from MIT at the age of 19 and after much effort, the best job she could get was that of a "secretary". This was the 1980's. Not that long ago so figure out why women are still struggling to rise in the ranks.
