Now we're listening to Chandler Parsons who also couldn't stay healthy to play in the playoffs with the mavs. Please. I don't understand the whole Brunson bit either. Brunson stated more than once that he never left Dallas because of Luka. He left because of the front office. He stated time and time again that he wanted to stay long term in Dallas, that's why he was willing to sign that stupid 50 million dollar extension and they took it off the table. The way he has been playing and the way he's been growing in the league (just turning 25) seems to be working out quite well. He doesn't need to change what he's doing. If he was playing like crap then everyone can begin talking about what he needs to do differently, but dude is averaging the 2nd highest PPG in playoff history and consistently has better regular seasons than almost every other player in a bunch of categories, I think he's doing just fine the way he is.

How is he counting Brunson as one of the 3? If it wasn't for the Mavs not wanting to pay Brunson he would still be a Mav. Those two worked well together, and in my opinion, they would have improved as a duo as time went on. But again, the Mavs did not want to pay him even though he wanted to stay. The Porzingas duo did not work because the dude was injured way too often. He kept having to play himself back to where he was before he got injured. Just to then get injured again. He was non-existent in most of the playoff games they had together. I mean, when they first got Kyrie and missed the playoffs every one said the duo paring failed and wouldn't work. But this year they had more time on the court to figure stuff out in order to make it work. That's the time he and Porzingas never really got because of his injuries.
