So OfficeLogix refunded your order, sent the product anyway AND sent additional items? Tbh, if they were able to tell "It's BTOD" by your customer data then that definitely smells of "begging for a good review"/trying to "bribe" a reviewer.

@@csi2448 Yes, but they also sell it as a gaming chair. Maybe you want to watch a movie or video on the PC and then a place for your head is nice, especially at later hours. And the same applies to a home office chair.

Why they chose a concave design just boggles my mind. When you think of most pillows on a bed, most of them are convex, where the pillow sit under your neck and supports your head. One thing is for sure, I'm excited about the Atlas Leap V2 headrest. I wish it was a BTOD partnership but oh well, Crandall seems like a decent enough guy, I'm still biased towards BTOD. the guy at Office Logix just seems super sketchy, and Dan Ahn has reveled some pretty surprising things about Office Logix. I actually just commented yesterday on Ahnestly's video about the Herman Miller Vantum 2.0 and how I think it'd be really cool to bring him on to do a chair tier list with you guys, get another opinion. Which reminds me, are you guys gonna review the Herman Miller Vantum 2.0?

I have the Atlas headrest for the Embody. I tightened the screws just enough to allow me to make adjustments with a bit of force while sitting, and at the same time have the headrest remain in position while I rest my head on it. I never tighten the screws all the way, otherwise I would need to pull out the Allen key every time I wanted to adjust something.

A bit wrong on the Atlas headrest adjustments. You can fine tune the hex screws where they aren't super tight but tight enough where it allows you to adjust both the height as well as tilt from seating position. You have your acrews too tight, thats why you're experiencing the issues you have now.

Yes, but then it moves when I don’t want it to. I understand what you are saying. It’s how I use their Aeron headrest. But I cannot find that happy medium on this chair. -Ryan

I have no idea how this sketchy Office Logix guy has the audacity to remain stubborn and defend a clearly badly designed product. It is just a bad product. He should just take the L, shut up and invest in a redesign. Would be much more fruitful than starting wars with reviewers and damaging his business further.

Office Logix headrest looks SOOO bad. It doesn't match the look of the embody first and foremost. I would never put that hideous monstrosity on my Embody. Atlas head rest, I can vouch looks and feels perfect.

Thats interesting about the Atlas adjustment torque tension and finding the sweet spot. I own an Atlas headrest and I find I 'am' able to tighten enough on all 3 adjustments where it will hold its position but also still be adjustable. The height is the only thing I eventually locked down to not budge. It seems there might be a difference between unit build quality since yours could not achieve this.

The drama show was GREAT with popcorn when it was going on. LOL! Now do the Leap one, please. :) I received my pre-ordered OLS one about 10 mins before C announced they were making an Atlas version for the Leap. I have the Atlas Fern one, and LOVE it. Chances are that I'll be buying another Leap headrest when they're done. The OLS Leap one is getting the job done, but the Atlas design is more comfortable and flexible, so it's my preference.

It’s not supposed to be comfy. It’s supposed to correct your posture which does hurt in the beginning and goes away as your spine is back in it’s correct position. This takes atleast weeks and in some cases months. Don’t say something is bad when you don’t understand the intend of the product.
