Jojo has also said that, when they first made LU, Warriors was just a gag character at first! They were gonna kill him off almost immediatly, but he ended up so loved, that he became an official member of chain! Although, in the LU discord server, Warriors was always last in the popularity votes; so Jojo said if he lost the next one, they were gonna kill him off. He won, so. And now he is aparently their favorite Link of the chain lmao

I think a secret that Warriors also has is the fact that he knows about young Time and the Fierce Diety's mask since young Time does appear in the game. Also him and Twi could have a talk/argument about Midna.

THATS SO TRUE! He knows young Time and the Fierce Diety's mask, he knows so many people and so on, that's why it's mainly the events of his game, it's the time travel stuff that kept happening, he's also seen a few places, he's been to Skyloft!

I think there are valid reasons to think Warriors will be the one to die. He has a troubling tendency to put himself in the thick of any combat situation and he's a reliable rock within the party. While I don't think he's the most likely to die, I do think he's in the top half of likely to die.

My honest guess as to likelyhood to die 1 Time - I feel like he's most likely to pull a 'get down mr president' and die saving someone else from death 2 Hyrule - Lack of confidence while also being (while not the most) rather important in fights might lead to bad times, plus blood curse 3 Wind - I hate that I can't stop seeing death flags now thanks to your last video, but I honestly think the most likely scenario is Wind nearly dying and time taking the Death 4 Warrior - explained above, now we're getting into I doubt territory 5 Sky - other pivotal fighter, plus potential storybeat of Wild getting the MS afterwards 6 Wild - He had his 'why can't I save anyone' angst arc already 7 Legend - now we're in prolly not happening imo, but the most likely of the bunch 8 Four - nah hes fine 9 Twilight - already had a fakeout

Fun design fact for Wars - he joins Four in wearing ankle boots! He wears leg wraps with shin guards on his legs. Time saying, “Your reliability is unmatched.” truly feels like the best summation of Wars’ characters in all of LU

I actually can’t wait to see more of Warriors interactions with Time and Wind! Both Time and Wind were playable characters in Hyrule Warriors so I’d love to see if that’s canon to the comic! Would definitely explain why Time treats Wars as a right hand man, he’s worked with him before! Idk maybe it’s not canon but it’s canon in my heart! Great video btw! He should be one of the most efficient in combat, with a very versatile in his fighting style, much like wind. I love the creative marching order for their fight. Very brilliantly designed!

I personally don't have much on Wars, mostly because I am not familiar his game but I see clearly his archetype. In my interpretation he is the after of those characters who are a bit of a "clown", overly confident, with a lot of skills but a bit to arrogant, this characters also usually play as a fool to observe everything else, usually they wear a mask all the time. Example of this type are like Leonardo of TMNT 2018 (only this version) or Aventurine from Honkai. Now, the Wars we know is not this, he is the after: he is still confident, but with caution, he is more mature, he doesn't need to play the fool (which wouldn't be useful when you are in high position both in the military and in the Chain), he uses a kinder mask, that is more of a "fun personality" but not a fool, he also wears a mask, not showing any affect from his traumas, and "stays invisible", prefering to be a rock for others. Back home he is a Captain, his soldiers looks up to him for leadership, he actually has authority. In the Chain he operates more in the "shadow", Time is the leader because he has respect from everyone (since he is seen as older and more experienced), but it's clearly the first time that he is in such position, on the other hand Wars has experienced this so he knows that he can help out. Also we don't know(at least I didn't see anything) if the two talked about the war. Time has experienced for sure and Wars most likely recognises him, but we still haven't got a confrontation between the two: it's possible that it is because Wars is unwilling to talk about the whole mess with Cia and his guilt. Wind on the other hand, probably hasn't experienced the War of Ages, so maybe Wars isn't saying anything to not spoil his future (also not to bring a lot trauma to everyone, since he met half of they lost loved ones *cough* Midna *cough* Marin) It find very sweet how he treats Wind, I think it's because of the fact that he already knows him and thinking that Wind will have to be in a war with him makes him sick, so tries to help him out. I don't know if Wars did world hopping and stayed there only for a battle, or if the people for other worlds got stuck in his Hyrule. Depending on interpretation, there would be different possibilities. And personally I don't belive he will be the one to die, mostly because he is not so impulsive to throw himself without thinking, and I think that Jojo will choose someone that has a possibility to come back (like Hyrule or Wild) Wars is the Mom™ and the downfall duo are his annoying children, who only exist to make his life miserable. Legend and Hyrule knows what they are doing and will never stop, they want him to go gray before he is 30 years old. Anyway: love the video! Can't belive you are almost done with this series! I am a little sad... Keep up the good work!❤

Warriors is a suprisingly important character in the chain in that he is the only one that has really worked in a big team like the Links are currently in. Many of the Links were alone or only had one companion (and Four was just himself split up rather than other people), and so I honestly think Warriors is the better leader in the group than Time. Time certainly has the authority by being the oldest, but he is really snappy at the others when they don't behave the way Time thinks they should, while Warriors is quick on his feet and seems to be better at managing tension in the group. He's the character that on a first read through of the comic is kinda forgettable, but I enjoy his presence in the comic the more I read/think about the comic. I also think it's interesting that Warriors always pairs himself with others, I wonder if because of his journey he's kinda afraid of being alone? Also, I really hope that Lana and Cia come into the comic. For one I think it would be hilarious for them to be bombarded by so many Links at once, given that they are kinda obsessed with the guy(s). But also, they could possibly provide the chain a way to create their own portals or at the very least help them understand them a lot better. And third, I just really want to see them in JoJo's artstyle because I think they would turn out GORGEOUS. Oh, and you pointed out how Warriors says that the Master Sword makes you feel invincible and it almost cost him his life, just wanted to mention that this is a reference to a pretty major plot point in the story of the game. Warriors almost gets killed by some Dark Links created by Cia because Warriors became overconfident and ran off without the rest of his group.

Lana and Cia would be so fun to see, they would totally get overwhelmed XD Sorry I didn't go more into detail about the game, but yes! Your right! He got cocky and ran off! JoJo is so impressive with how many details and references she is able to put into the story! It's fun being such a Zelda fan and being able to pick out so many of them, and how more appear with each re-read! Oh and no worries about not being able to fit all of the game details in, I mostly wanted to point that last part out since so many people haven't played Hyrule Warriors. It's very different from the other Zelda games so I understand why, but it's also such a fun game! I play it for 10-20 minutes before going to bed most nights. The game also has so many references, Warrior's character is kind of a love letter to the Zelda series based on a love letter to the series!

Thank you fo doing these character analysises. My daughters have been into LU for so long and kept wanting me to read it, but I felt so intimidated by the thought of trying to read a story with 9 main characters right off the bat. Watching these videos has helped me get to know mthe characters one at a time so I can then hop into the story with hope of understanding it. Now I'm almost as much of a fan of LU as my kids are :). There's an official height chart from Jojo and she's stated that Four is 4'4" or 52" tall. From that, we can extrapolate how tall everyone else is: Four is 52" tall Wind is 56.5" tall Legend and Hyrule are 60.51" tall Sky and Wild are 64.38" tall Warriors is 67.48" tall Twilight is 68.56" tall and Time is 70.26" tall

Captain can also do the Skyward Strike which is why Captain likes being with Sky with same fighting style. Captain was probably born into war been in war and retire in war. So for him to create the traveling group makes sense. ❤ Him talking alot to Time makes sense too since Captain probably been around alot of veterans. I hope he talks to Time about his "woman problem" lol I just wish Lana and Cia popped up a few times since this is a paradox time traveling journey. Would be very interesting. @@erikawilliams3468 In the most recent chapters Time has been acting very different, we've only seen a little but he got after Hyrule and Sky for ACCIDENTALLY hitting one another, as well as some of the others joking around. If things get worse for him it could become a type of narrative thing where the only redemption for a character is death, so I am worried! :D
