R.I.P. Nathaniel. I always remember you for your books that really changed forever my life. I found myself, my disowned sel. Six pillars was the first book I read, and like you, Audrey, changed my life. Salutes from Spain.

I have recently read Nathaniel's book, 'The Six Pillars...' and loved it - I really needed it to go that final hurdle in my career which now involves running seminars and writing a book based on my PhD findings - a huge thank you to Nathaniel - I have also in my capacity as a registered nurse in mental health recommended this book to many clients as I strongly believe that low self esteem is at the core of much depression and anxiety....

Most the of the world problems are because of lack of self-esteem. Most people are needy and require others to take care of their happiness, which is backwards. You are completely right that low self-esteem will cause depression and anxiety.
