If you are a paid subscriber of chatGPT plus, do you still need to separately pay for playground for you to be able to use assistance or any other purposes?

yes, playgroup you pay for usage and gives you API keys (which also allow you to use gpt in google sheets)

I'd think you could do this with openai's api to get responses from GPT, I used this for a little program I made which gave users fully hashtagged twitter posts with just a simple prompt
