I'm surprised no one is mentioning the similarities between this song and Jinx' song 'Get Jinxed'. Same pacing, same 'screams' between lines, same chaotic energy, both showing lots of violence, both showing some kind of madness arc of one of the sisters. Of course there are plenty of differences too, I just thought it was a cool element that really added to the experience for me!

It would make sense that she would try to destroy the technology that destroyed her and her sister's life. Additionally, I noticed something creepy in the 1st Arcane. There's a brief shot where it seems like Victor, Jayce, and Heimerdinger are being watched by the hex-core. I think the hex-core is alive, or the Arcane it's-self is actually a living thing. And I'm wondering, if Jinx is the personality of the Arcane that took over Powder. (This is me just speculating, and I understand it's kinda off topic from the music.)

See those banners being shown before Caitlyn's face briefly flashes on the screen made me think it's a new Enforcer faction because the design somewhat resembles the detailing on their uniforms. If Noxus is involved that'd be a neat touch, maybe Ambessa stepped into the council power vacuum and established some kind of secret police or Anti-Zaun SWAT team.

She is in Piltover, The Announcer at the start said The Piltover Boxing League, So Jinx is keeping an eye on her Sis in the shadows post timeskip?. Now Vi has gone all Emo, so either break up depression or identity crisis depression self destructing. That does say a lot if Vi is fighting for the Piltover Boxing League for booze and fast cash, that would mean Piltover has not captured Jinx and she is still Public Enemy # 1 and yet Jinx is behind enemy lines to keep an eye on her sister risking getting captured or killed. Interesting to say the least.

I agree. I’d like to point out that Vi covers her “VI” tattoo on her cheek with black paint, as well as her defined shoulders and red hair. Those three characteristics of hers are part of her identity, but she deliberately chooses to cover them up. I’d definitely say it’s a mix of an identity crisis and depression.

Hard to say. At this point, Zaun hasn't been an independent City, it in itself still "part of Piltover". The whole city is still Piltover, not cities. You should really rewatch the first ep of Season1. The same go for Necrit, EVERYONE just forget.

Personally I always attached Viktor glorious evolution with void themes, they share color scheme, argument and behavior. Arcane already linked Viktor with some kind of conciousness inside the magic when it gets mixed with living beings.

i personally think this montage is during Vi's period in the enforcers. it leads to her leaving. i also think Caitlyn is an hallucination and that Jinx is actually at the fights. to me it seems that this is leading up to a point where Jinx *saves* her sister by giving her a reason to fight (the Noxians) and then leads on to the scenes at the end of the official trailer - where Vi and Ekko are flying on the hoverboard and Jinx has an airship. Act II basically. anyhoo, who the hell knows...

Idk, it seems that something already happened between them and Vi was traumatized. Why would she be so obsessively fixated on Caitlyn if they see each other and working together? Also don't see how fulfilling duty goes well with regular pit-fighting and drinking. @@BooguyTheAdept clarification - Act I Vi joins the enforcers and the hunt for Jinx starts. i reckon that goes badly for both of them and causes a split between Vi and Caitlyn. Act II Vi goes downhill. fighting's what she's good at so that's what she does. the other enforcer obviously bonds with her but her drinking forces him away. she either leaves or is thrown out of the enforcers. meanwhile Noxus goes ballistic. this is where i think Jinx comes into it. Act III - redemption. Vi, Ekko and Jinx (along with others i'm sure) take on Noxus. this i think puts them on a par with the enforcers and maybe Caitlyn cooperates with the Zaunites. Caitlyn and Vi ultimately want to bring order to Piltover. Jinx tho' still wants to blow it all up. she knows and loves her sister but won't let her get in the way of what she wants. this is what i interpreted from the trailers and i've also considered the relationships of these three in the game - which is the ultimate goal of Arcane, their backstories. as i said, who knows (not to mention the other crap going on)... 7 weeks to go. sorry for the length.

I know its a bit late, but the shield on the enforcer to caitlys left actually looks like it has this sidgel thats on the banners here. That could mean that she left the enforcers and thats why that mark reminds her of caitlyn and because she fights that thug specifically before we see her starting to get too wasted and angry, could be because she is now seeing her at the fights and on her way home from the bar.

Definitely have a feeling this is after due to the emphasis on jowlers jaw mask. not to mention we later see a figure in the crowd who almost seems like they're trying to make it look like caitlyn- but isn't. then it immediately goes to a scene of cait herself in the crowd. what if this is after the marshal law decree comes down and VI is against it because it hurts the underground more then anything so she leaves, but Caitlyn asks the other guy to watch over her and he follows her to the arena and instead of stopping her, he watches betting on her then meets her at the bar after. and after that dance scene they get into a fight where he says that Caitlyn asked him to watch over her and that's what he's doing, so VI pushes him away feeling like she cant even trust the only person she had close to her and though he still tries she pushes him away till he gives up. and when she is losing jinx is watching all of it wanting to see VI feel how she felt but also regretting it and that's why when she raised the ticket the first time she was happy seeing VI's decent but when she sees the guys gone she stands there knowing VI might look that way looking for him but instead seeing her and while she is having a mental moment gets hit falling to the ground knocked out and then the teaser stops right before VI walks up.

My guess is that this is something that happens in the second third of the series. 1 three-part - REVENGE Caitlyn goes after Jinx, with Vi trailing. Ends with what seems like Jinx dying, caught or something else. With a high probability of Vi being the cause. But the guilt drives her from Caitlyn. 2 three-part - REMORSE Vi, without Jinx and feeling remorse of being her reason for capture/kill goes on a spiral of fighting, mostly for money but also to punish herself. Gets news that Jinx broke out/is back. Tries to get into Caitlyns good grace again. All the while the Lanes gathers around Jinx as their symbol of resistance with the help of Silcos former second in command. 3 three-part REDEMPTION Vi joins the new Enforcers, now under the command of Caitlyn. She brings her friend from the ring (the guy seen above). They try to catch Jinx while not having a civil war breaking out between Piltover and Zaun.

I wrote this in a previous post... Sept. 14th , 4:pm CT , USA I believe, Leblanc was in Piltover, masqerading as a Council Member. She was gathering info on various upgrades in the regions tech; working with Senge on multiple project and after Hextech scematics. The scene that hints of her, she's forced to transform to make her escape from the bombing of the Council Chamber. When Ambessa, in place of Mel within Councilors gards, is talking to someone about marshal lawto restore order it was Leblanc. Whether it's Piltover or within another region, is unclear. I saying, she may not be talking about Piltover Zaun. The monster that Senge releases is not Warwick but, a pre-version commissioned by Leblanc. Thus, red coloring rather than green. VI faces off against it but, it's not Vanders' corpse she's fighting. Before or after this encountet, she as a Piltover Enforcer, makes her way to Noxus and becomes a gladiator fighter. Her mission is intel. There are images of Ambessa fighting which I believe are flashbacks and explanatories. I believe it'll explain Ambessas' and Leblancs' ambitions, helping VI to come up with a defense against them. Evevtually, Noxus tries to invade and finds a semi-united state of Piltover, under Katelynn; Zaun under duel factions of Jinx and her Inks, plus Ekko and his Firelights. Jayce, Heimerdinger and Victor are all within a HexMagic matrix or dimensional realm. It's a three way contest, each with their own aims. We see past mutations that are magic induced. Heimerdingers fears. We see Victors' ambitions and hints of his future. And Jayce, conceive a host of new uses and methodologies for using HexCrystals.

This teaser is almost entrely without words, but there's A LOT to talk about it! Time skip: this sequence is probably set between Act I and II (or maybe mostly of Act II). It can't be set before because of Vi's hair color: in the latest trailer we can see the black on Vi's hair half gone, meanwhile in the shot with the squad her hair is totally pink, showing that none of this happened before Vi entering the Enforcer squad. Still it's kinda weird that Caitlyn is shown with her old, hyperfeminine uniform and not the new one that she wears in the shot with the others. I don't know, I'm just confused! 😅 Powder's presence: Firstly we saw the Vander look-like man rooting for Vi, the same guy in the squad. We see him celebrating with her at the bar after her wins and, later on, leaving her alone because of her stubborness and rage against everything and everyone. Powder makes her first appereance at 0:51 in the teaser and 08:39 in this video, lifting the ticket with the two dogs, simbolizing her sister. (Someone also pointed out the name "Violet" written in cursive on the paper. I wanna cry 😭) Then we see more shots of her lurking in the shadows and assisting to the things happening to Vi with a judgemental look (?) In one of this flashes she has taken the previous guy's place, like Necrit pointed out. I hope this means that, despite everything that happened, all the hate the poor woman is now receving, her sister is the only one who secretly supports her and will be so pitiful to help her ('cause if things don't change, Vi is going to die eventually). Vi's apprearence: I don't if I have to be cheerful or not because of this emo look becoming an actual skin. Vi's suffering, and a LOT. She looks gorgeous in this new look, but still it feels like she's hiding her identity. I was scared initially to not being able to see the "Vi" tatoo in her cheek, but it was just covered by the black paint. People know of her, firstly in the Undercity and now also Piltover, and they saw her as "Vander's prodigy" (like Silco called her). Now that Powder is getting followers, Vi will be probably seen as a failure and be hated for it. To prevent that, she decided to hide her identity or, at least, to find a new one. Mission that is bringing her to a point of no return, drinking and fighting, destroying herself. That's one of the reasons witch make me afraid to watch Season 2. I want everything to end for the best. Or I will be scarred for life. Perhaps it's too much to say for a TV show. I don't know. Not hunt, kill, Vi maybe was on the wrong impression that Cait was the same before Jinx exploded the council, that wanted justice, but now she wants revenge for the murder of her mother, and not matter how much Vi denies that his sister is death, she still love her, because is the only family that she have left, something happen in the first arc, maybe Vi stop Caitlin for killing Jinx in the last moment and she escape, and Caitlin blames Vi for it, breaking them up and making Vi go down spiral.
