Well, do not use social media and don't buy anything... and the first thing to do with a new phone is put stickers over it's cameras, and or course, turn it on only when you need to make a phone call. Otherwise, turn it iff and check in once or twice a day to see if you had any voice mails. Honestly, the internet jumped the shark in 2022. Most of what is 'purchased' is 1. paying taxes 2. food. 3. clothing. 4. home goods. After age 30, nearly nothing needs purchased.
