Currently hold the role of manager, trainer, & student success coach at a state university. Simply hearing the acknowledgment that this is real, and needs attention and addressing, brought on a sense of relief, because as you mentioned we feel (at times) that we can’t have this conversation. We’re supposed to have it all together, and just so what we can. Thank you for sharing this!
